BibleForSI is a free, ad-free place to read, pray and study the Bible in the Catholic tradition. It is supported only by voluntary donations and never sells or shares personal data.
Sources
Bible text is published only from editions whose license has been verified; each page shows its edition, license and attribution. Liturgical dates are computed from the universal norms of the General Roman Calendar. Traditional prayers use public-domain wordings.
Editorial review
Meditations, saint summaries and translations are marked with their review status. Content is checked against Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Roman Missal before it is marked as reviewed.
AI and images
Some illustrations are AI-generated and are always labeled as such. AI explanations are optional, labeled, and never presented as Scripture or Church teaching.
How to cite
Cite a verse with its permanent link, for example /en-US/read/JHN/3#v16, and name the edition shown on the page. Editorial texts: "BibleForSI", the page title, URL and access date.
For developers and AI assistants
